If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 Days for a prompt exchange or full refund. 

• Goods returned must be in original packaging.
• Goods must be accompanied by receipt and note of reason for return.
• Any damaged or mal-functioning items must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt.
• Any other shortages/errors found regarding your order must also be notified within 7 days.
• Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable. Except in circumstances where the product is damaged or mal-functioning.
• Please note there is no return on clearance items, Paper or Card.
